Coming Soon... 5-week course, Online via Zoom This 5-week course is designed specifically for the absolute beginner or anyone wanting a step-by-step review of the basics. You will gain a strong foundation in the fundamentals of yoga, breathing, and alignment. Upon completion, you will have enough knowledge to be comfortable joining a mixed-level yoga class. Classes will be recorded and sent to your email once the session is finished. The recording will remain accessible for 3 days, during which you can revisit the class as many times as you want and practise at your convenience. Why practice Yoga?
