This is a 45 minutes strong and energizing flow suitable for those with a regular yoga practice. *Not suitable during pregnancy.* I teach a slow - yet dynamic and energizing - alignment-based flow. We hold poses for longer than in a regular Vinyasa class, which allows us to work on proper alignment, gives us time to check in with our body sensations (developing more body awareness), and builds strength and stamina. Class sign up closes 30 minutes before the session begins. You'll receive an email with a link to join the live stream around 20 minutes before class begins. No worries if you can't join the live session: the class will be recorded, and you will receive a link to the recording once the session is finished. Access will remain open for 3 days, which means you can practice at your convenience!
